| How do I find a personal phone number? |
- Click the "White Pages" search tab on the home page.
- Enter the surname or the name of the person you are looking for. You can also use a partial name or surname (3 characters or more) if you are not sure for the spelling.
- Enter the district in which the person lives (if you happen to know it). This will speed up your search.
- Click "Search".

| How do I find a business phone number? |
- Click the "Yellow Pages", “Business2Nusiness” or “Visitors’ Guide” search tab on the home page.
- Enter the business name you are searching and then click “Search” button or if you don’t know the business name you can enter the classification of the business you are looking for. If you are not sure how to spell a business name or the classification try entering the first few letters (at least three) of the word/name, to find all the listing that begin with these letters.

| How do I find a government listing? |
- Click the "Government Directory" search tab on the home page.
- Select the district (this field is required) from the drop down menu, in which the governmental service you are searching for, is located
- Select the Ministry (this field is required) from the drop down menu, that the governmental service you are searching for, belongs to.
- If you want to have a more specific result, you can select the Department and Sub department from the drop down menu, of the already specified Ministry.
- Click "Search".

| If you want to find more information about a business, you can select one of the following icons that are displayed next to each directory entry (if available): |
- Email – this is an email link, in order to come in contact with the company you have searched for
- Website – this is a direct link to the website of the company you have searched for
- Ad – This is a link to an advertisement
- Info – this icon gives you additional information
