Bowling Fun
In Cyprus , bowling for fun is popular among all ages. Every major town has at least one bowling alley with 10-20 lanes, usually adjoining a cineplex, cafeteria or restaurant. Some are within a larger entertainment complex that could also include a swimming pool, snooker room, playplace or party area. Most bowling alleys can set up bumpers along the lanes, so younger children can also enjoy a game without the disappointment of seeing the ball roll down the gutter. The average price for one game is around 5.00 per person, which includes the use of bowling shoes. Reservations are not accepted, and lanes are allocated on a first come, first served basis. So, especially if you want to play on a weekend, make sure to arrive before the evening rush, or plan on having a drink or a meal while you wait for your turn.
